GoogleAllannah has been so helpful; she’s so charismatic, has bags of optimism, and when Allannah says she’s working hard for you - you can believe that she is. I think for anyone wary of Sales/Lettings; Allanah will put them at ease. Engaging and pivotal.

GoogleDo you enjoy chasing up confirmations of property viewings? Do you like repeating your same base info over and over again? Are you happy to take time out of your day to be shown places the agency know are not available to you? If you have answered yes to any of the above then this is the agency for you.

GoogleHuge thank you to Mike Bacon at Balgores! I’ve never left a review in my life and felt the need to on this occasion for a number of reasons. Mike has gone above and beyond in helping secure the right tenant for my property, given my initial worries on letting the property. He takes great care and pride in his work, shows enthusiasm, has the right attitude and has an abundance of knowledge. An experience I find extremely rare in the market today. During marketing, Mike ensured I was kept up to date at all times. His feedback and advice has been extremely reassuring and faultless - an agent who is passionate in his field and deserves the recongnition. I have every faith that Balgores and team will take great care of my property from a letting perspective, trust is a must these days, especially if you’re the unlucky few like myself who have been through awful experiences with sales agents! Mikes support has been endless and I truly can’t thank him enough. He has restored my faith that loyal agents are still out there! Thanks a tonne and I look forward to having you as acting letting agent.
