GoogleEmily and Toni are a credit to the lettings industry, I work over at the company who do their references and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. As well as being wonderful people they are very driven to progress their lets and I'm happy to help them with anything they need. They are constantly keeping in communication with myself and it shows how much passion they have to move in their tenants!

GoogleIncredibly efficient and very reassuring staff. Myself and my partner recently used Balgores lettings to move into a rented property, all I can say is that the move was completely stress free and everything ran like clockwork thanks to these guys. I’d like to say a special thank you to Masum for being in constant contact and being very easy to speak with. A special thank you to Matt for being overly positive, very enthusiastic and helpful with the whole move. Finally a special thank you to Emily for being very quick with sending all the necessary documents for myself and my partner to sign to make the move possible. Thanks again guys ??

GoogleRecently moved into a property which was stress free move thanks to balgores' wonderful team! I called in and Mas was able to show me the property within an hour from calling. He got the process started straight away and kept me updated the whole way through. Paul and Emily were also great help when mas was not available. Highly recommend Balgores if you are looking for a team who prides their selves in customer service

GoogleViewed many flats and houses with Masum, he was very helpful and always offered professional advice when it come down to making a decision on a property, it's nice to of had someone so professional and ambitious as our first point of contact. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul on a viewing who again was just as helpful, Balgores has the pleasure of Matt as a manager who talked us through the referencing procedure when we came into the office before we made our decision. Balgores as a whole was a stress free great experience! Thanks gents, we love our new place

GoogleThe service I received from Mas was outstanding. He was always a gentleman and was happy to show us the property multiple times(to show my husband and measure the rooms) he showed lots of care in helping us pick the right property. He was always on the other end of the phone for any questions but if we were unable to get through to him Paul in the office was always happy to help and keep us updated.

GoogleThese guys are really nice and friendly is a term which is thrown around a lot but to be honest in the process of buying a house they're irrelevant. Most important attribute is competency. And the staff at balgores romford are definitely the most competent and also very welcoming and approachable. Had a really pleasant experience purchasing my property through them. They were always there when I had any questions and also they had the answers to all my queries even in the process of the legal work. They definitely know what they're doing. GoogleI did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with. They booked for me few visits in a day, to a variety of property just to give me a viewing on the market. They booked me a last but not least one by the end of that day, convinced that it was the one to see! And they were right, I made an offer for that property, had great support from Balgores to find either a mortgage advisor (David from Mortgage advise Bureau) and a Sollicitors (Kate from Cunningtons LLP Wickford). The process went very well and smoothly, I am now the happy owner of a property in Chelmsford. I definitely recommend working with Balgores and more especially with Brad & Will!
