GoogleWe have used Balgores of Upminster for the past four years. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family. As landlords, we are explicit about the type of tenant we'd feel comfortable living in our property. Balgores carried out the mandatory checks to ensure our needs were met. Charisse at Balgores Lettings made sure she done her very best to get me into a property as quick as she could which was a perfect match to all of my requirements. She done an amazing job and I am so grateful for all of her services. I highly recommened Balgores if you need quick service.

Especially Rob he was very helpful and guided me through everything I needed to know as it was my first time renting out my property. GoogleI have recently gone through the process of dealing with the lettings team in hornchurch. I would like to mention that Michael, Jackie and Elizabeth have been outstanding! I always received helpful information and polite service. I would defiantly recommend Balgores to anyone looking to do business with them. I would like to mention Toni from balgores also for making my move in run very smoothly with no issues. Brilliant service 10/10!!!

GoogleWe had a fantastic moving experience with Balgores - nothing was too much trouble for the staff in particular Deepak who went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone , I feel it was excellent value for money for the service that they give . We used the in house mortgage advisor who gave us honest advice and helped us get the best deal and we will definitely be returning once our mortgage is due for renewal. Thank you Balgores X

GoogleMy experience with Jacquie Martin and balgores lettings Hornchurch. Jaquie is a lovely person when you first meet her but that soon changes. Initially I went with balgores due to jacquies horror stories about non arla registered agents her insistence that she could get me 6months rent in advance and the fact she was so confident she could achieve £300.00 a month more then the other agents had quoted and an 8% fully managed offer. (Mine was a limited time offer that jumped to 18%) She found me tenants after a month and 3 price reduction, she got me the 6 months in advance she promised and so far so average. To my dismay and after apparently doing 3 property inspections, a cannabis farm was found in the loft of my property and the fully referenced tenants did a runner! At this point I was financially desperate and my head was all over the place. I should have gone else where but I didn’t. They found me another tenant who paid 6 months rent in advance.... little did I know at the time but this is a trick tennats use to get passed the minimum break clause in a tenancy so beware anyone paying rent in advance. This set of tennats set up a puppy farm in my property and caused no end of damage. I’ve finnally got them out with next to no help from my property manager. I won’t be returning.

GoogleWhere do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . Once we had our buyer Suzanne (Absolute Diamond) was amazing from start to finish she had kept me updated and in the loop at all times chasing solicitors etc. which is out of our hands. Thank you so much for getting this over the line ?? very pleased and would recommend their services.

GoogleOriginally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! The original help from Michael and the leg work by Joe nearer completion I felt was of a very very high standard and totally worth paying for!! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this company!! Thank you to all of the team.

In particular, I found Brad Stanton, the Manager, to be charming, polite and extremely efficient from the instruction stage to the sale, exchange and completion stages. The sale has not been the easiest journey and Balgores always given me the confidence that they will succeed and that has certainly been the case. He is backed up by a very good team, who have all been willing to help. I would also like to commend Allannah Buckroyd for her concerted efforts in helping to sell my property. A great team effort from the best estate agents. Balgores are fully recommended.”

Bradley and the team who have been dealing with the sale of our house have been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. In fact we already have. The whole process seems to have happened swiftly and efficiently. The conveyancer they recommended to us have also been excellent.

GoogleI highly reccomend Balgores if you are looking to let a property! Masum was the consultant who showed me round the property, answered all my questions in confidence and was just generally a joy to talk to. I was able to get my references completed within a 4 days with no delays on my chosen move in date. paul and Emily were great help when Masum was away from his desk whenever I called in, not many agents have a team that work so closely together.

GoogleI have recently moved in to a rental property through Balgores Basildon, The service is very good. Employees are very co operative and polite especially Masum Miah. He has done all the paper work with in short span and handed over the house key on time. we have moved n to the house without any hassle. We are completely satisfied with the service and recommend to others also to go with Balgores.
