Brilliant place with an indoor pond (containing fish!), several vibrant plants, a massive outdoor section, as well as amazing food. I would quite like to visit again

I admit I’m a bit of a plantaholic. I ordered from Urban Jungle years ago and remembered about them when I was buying new perennials. Wow. The quality of their plants are phenomenal. I normally order roses from specialist rose nurseries, but even with their roses, Urban Jungle kicks everyone into the ball park. Stunning size, exceptionally healthy, including the roots. The plants are packed so carefully and arrived with zero damage. Highly recommended indeed.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of response by Glenn. We had intended to purchase a property and despite providing all the necessary documents, we had been told that the property was sold to someone else who had offered more money. This is extremely unfair and disrespectful as they had verbally agreed on our offer. To then take it back has caused unnecessary stress. My mother had contacted Balgores to confirm that upon my return from Australia, I would swiftly provide all the documents needed - which I had done so and they had agreed that this was fine. To then turn around and say we were taking too long when they had TOLD US it was okay is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful. Glenn had also not been responding to my emails. If anything, I was able to provide the documents while abroad, but zero communication from Balgores proved that they clearly do not care. Avoid Balgores unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress.

Be very careful. You are dealing with a company that is selling an OPTION to buy. The terms of the contract are almost illegal and massively one-sided (read them and get advice). So many people are saying they lost money. Medway Law, which they use, is owned by IamSold. Also, I am sold on recording their calls but won't give any recordings to anyone, saying they are private due to GDPR... Their staff are very, very nice on the phone when you are talking about buying but change their behaviour once you try to negotiate and once you sign the reservation form. Rebecca A. will hound you so long as she thinks you are in her pocket. The actual agent who showed us the property confirmed he'd not actually read IamSold's terms properly. I asked him outright. IAS has very clever sales tactics, because once you pay the reservation fee, that's it, they have YOUR money. Be very careful; this is not a company I would recommend. I'd go as far as to say you could lose your money. The mortgage caveat is not worth the paper it's written on, and if you try to rely on it, they will say, "We need to send this to an internal panel for review," and guess what happens then. Follow your gut; if it doesn't feel right, you know it's not. Do yourself a favour: don't buy or sell via this company. So many have lost money

I saw a few other posts about how this company will accept your bid as a winner and then accept higher bids afterwards. I didnt think it was a big deal, maybe an accident. My first interaction with this company, I won an auction and received confirmation. They took another bid 40 mins later and lied about when that bid came in. I told them my lawyer is involved and they admitted they had made a mistake. I was told if the other party did not pay by 1130 I would be the winner again. The other party didnt pay and they started the auction again at a price above my winning and accepted bid. Trust in this auction house at your own peril.

They treat buyers really badly, don't answer phone don't answer emails, and don't do what they say they will do, unprofessional bunch of jokers. The email address they gave me to discuss this further won't accept my email or doesn't exist. See screenshot. They can't even lie well

Both Ben and Daniel made finding the right tenant a hassle free experience and took time to explain the new Rent Reforms and how they will affect me as a landlord. Our original IT company “sold our contract” to Global4 and unfortunately the service has been appalling from the start. Although “support” is meant to be provided at a monthly cost, it is either substandard, delayed or ceased to exists. Recent disputes and trying to get out of the contract has meant a cease on our lease line and as a CARE HOME, this is just absolutely appalling. If you value your communication to your stakeholders, please do not use this company for your IT needs.
