Sarah and Josh have done a fantastic job in helping us to finalise our mortgage. From the viewing to the stressful waiting of the final exchange, both of them have been very approachable and helpful. Thank you so much.

After many years of disappointments and failures with renting properties, today’s experience was absolutely outstanding! We can’t thank William enough for all his hard work, efforts and warm kindness today. Please ensure William receives his much deserved recognition for going the extra mile. It’s wasn’t just a case of ‘doing his job’ he did it with care and consideration. Thumbs up!!

To whom it may concern: My name is Delroy Anglin and I am in the process of buying a property in Basildon. I have dealt with a few people at Balgores who have been really kind, but I have to say that one person in particular has been outstanding Sarah Oakley. I have been a pain I kept phoning Sarah sometimes 3 times a day and each time she has be patient helpful and understanding. I wish to personally say that Sarah Oakley is professional in what she does and very helpful. Sarah never gives empty promises and delivers every time. Sarah Oakley has been the best estate agent ever and her manager needs to give her a massive pay rise. Sarah not only are you the best you helpful and I really want to from the heart THANK YOU Kind Regards Delroy Anglin
