GoogleTop notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

GoogleAs a first encounter with Balgores here is some genuine feedback : These guys don’t message round and are a very professional outfit. Oskar assured us we wouldn’t be getting into bidding wars and we didn’t . Oskar and Louise ensured we were kept appraised at all the usual milestones and Louise did a fantastic job to keeping things moving. GoogleAn interesting location with a fun one lane entry/exit route making driving in rather interesting. Parking is good and some very knowledgeable staff around to help. The Koi pond inside is huge along with the massive range of plants (bought 3 cacti....why not!) Set up inside very much like the beccles location however in this one it's easier to walk around especially when over 6'. One star dropped as being charged £6.90 for two teas which were two average sized mugs with a tea bag dumped in does take the Mike when most cafes (including garden centres) offer better value for money and a tea pot at that price!

GoogleI used Balgores to handle the sale of my nan’s property while acting as Power of Attorney and honestly couldn’t fault them. The house sold very, very quickly and at a price we were happy with. Massive thanks to Joe and Luke for everything throughout the process. Always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Explained everything we needed to know at every step and happy to answer all our questions - communication from both Luke and Joe was fantastic. GoogleI’ve been in the property industry for 40 years so when it comes to selling your own home, you know what you are looking for. Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys 🥳
