GoogleI have only recently just dealt with Callum at Balgores Lettings in Chelmsford, I had a viewing with Him, Very professional Manner and very informative. Kept me in the loop with other properties He had available on the market and I would 100% Recommend.

GoogleBe careful when renting. Tried to deduct money from deposit at the end of the tenancy for 'cleaning' despite us leaving the property cleaner than it was when we moved in. Staff very unreasonable about this.

GoogleAs with other reviewers, I found Balch's to be a friendly, personal service with extensive local knowledge of the Chelmsford housing market. I was kept informed every step of the way, and felt that my sale was being handled as a matter of priority. A very reassuring service.

GoogleHad such a lovely experience with Ricky from Balgores Chelmsford and Balgores in general! Rang up to view a house on a Saturday and they squeezed a viewing in for us that same day, that house has now become our home. Always helpful. Really recommend!

Michael was always on hand to give us information on all the properties that were in our price bracket. Callum was also a great worker along side Michael.
