GoogleAre very professional peoples. Good communication with processes. Mr Mark, and.Mr Chris they're very professional and friendly
I already have 1 bedrooms flat rent out since 4 years with them payment always are on time in my bank account.
Now I'll rent my own property 3 /4 bedrooms with them again
I give 4 star because they have expensive contractors when something goes wrong in the property. The charge you £70 only for a call to investing the problem and try to sorted out, then they will send you the estimated jod with quotations.
In my idea they should change contractors, get cheaper and honest with price
So my advise to you to get your own contractors.
Other than that I give 5 stars

GoogleLANDLORDS & TENANTS AVOID THIS COMPANY
If you are looking for a company to manage your property or even if you are looking for a property to live in do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. Their property management is non existent and it will cause you more issues than it solves. The Brentwood sales office are full of smiles and promises but they are totally incompetent and have serious issues with performing the most basic property management services.

GoogleWe unfortunately chose Balgores Hayes Brentwood to manage our property when moving overseas. The property management service used to be 'managed' in their Brentwood Office and is now 'managed' through their Dagenham office. When the property was 'managed' through Brentwood the service was pretty bad and the tenants complained about their lack of attention and not responding to issues. After they moved property management to Dagenham it got even worse we now have a range of issues that nightmares are made of. We don't usually complain about services but they are sooooo bad it is impossible not to. We like to be positive and the one positive thing I can think of is that they seemed very nice and responsive when we originally signed the contracts and at the time we 100% believed that they would provide a good service. It went downhill from there ......
Note we have friends that have also used Balgores Hayes to 'manage' investment properties and unfortunately they have had bad experiences with them too so unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a one-off.

GoogleMichael and his team from Mortgage Advice Bureau have been amazing helping us through all parts of our mortgage and insurance. Nothing was too much and no question too silly! Would definitely recommend and after having experience in the past with other mortgage brokers, we will definitely be returning to Michael when we need to remortgage!
Although we didn't end up purchasing our house through Balgores, our experience with the sales team (in particular Tom who we dealt with the most) was brilliant, they were always happy to help, very friendly and professional. A great estate agents (and we spoke to a few!!) Thanks again everyone! Lauren.

GoogleGood friendly and helpful service, especially Mick & Emily. I was in a bad situation at my previous address with awful neighbours. Feeling better already and knowing they don't just let to anyone! So have peace of mind that you will be living around decent tenants. Michael Williams 9/10/20
