A very positive experience. The enquiries started soon after lockdown. We had a video sent and were able to view the property. After this we managed to get an actual viewing. Jack was very helpful wirh the negotiations and we agreed a price which we were all happy with. A fantastic outcome.

I have used Balgores Hayes to manage my property since becoming a landlord in 2017 and I have always found them to be a very professional company ensuring that my tenants are happy and my property is kept up to scratch. Rent is always paid punctually, I would highly recommend their services.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jordan and I can honestly say that she made the process of finding my new home and getting settled in an absolute treat! She was so professional, kind, attentive and went above and beyond. She always kept me informed with what was going on and responded quickly to any inquiry I had, big or small. I am writing this review because I am so pleased at the level or service I have received and I feel that a few members of staff deserve special praise for their outstanding work. Our sales progression representative Sarah Oakley was diligent, responsive and attentive. She provided an first class service from start to finish. I also would like to give a special mention to Josh Finch who in the early part of our journey was also superb. Worth every penny and the above two are a credit to the company.

Worst estate agents probably in the world very unprofessional rude and lazy people on the phone always, properties they are advertising are not real, they just like to take your details and sell them to other Agents never trust them with your details.

Surprised. They make you leave a review the moment they find you a property and to mention their name. With a 6 bedroom house kicking all the problems under the carpet and making everything else seems all in working order. Been facing this issue last winter with no hot water with a 30 years old boiler. Slow response to emails, been calling the agent who is in charge of our property but never man up to speak to me, passes the message to the receptionist that they’re working on it. Not very impressed.

Amazing service. Super responsive and helpful. My family needed to move urgently and Mica Pengelly especially, managed to secure us a fantastic home, and finalise the move during a pandemic, national lockdown and the festive break - spanning Christmas and New years. You can imagine how anxious one would be trying to finalise a move during Christmas and New Years, but Balgores kept communicating which made the whole process seamless.

Thank you Reece, for helping me find my first rental home. It can be quite a daunting experience, but Reece made it really easy for me. He kept me up to date, no ask was too much, I felt I was in safe hands and reassured me that none of my questions were silly ones! Thank you, and to Lee who I spoke to first.
