Best estate agents in the area!! Enquired about a few lettings and dealt with Leigh who was superb. Asked me to give him an email whenever if I wanted to discuss a new letting I came across. Recently completed a move into a new build flat and Balgores were really helpful throughout- definitely recommend!

Just wanted to leave a review for the excellent and professional service I received from Reece. He managed every aspect from the initial enquiry to the move in day! Even on his days off!! He was so helpful and responsive throughout. I can't fault the service I received at all. Thanks again Reece for all your help. Marlene.

Despite an unexpectedly very lengthy and stressful sale process, to include lockdown, Balgores worked tirelessly to bring it to completion. I was very happy with the service provided which went above and beyond expectations.

Balgores were so quick in finding us a place to rent in Hornchurch. From showing us around the property to referencing and handing us the keys, it only took 2 weeks. Mark Claxton at Balgores was very professional and attentive whenever we had a question.

I applied for the rental property via app on Sunday and had almost immediate response from Reece Woodhall. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process and I have now been living in the new house in Hornchurch for past month. Very pleased with the service and Reece's help along the way. Many thanks.

Very professional and helpful. This is the first time I have used Balgores to let my property. They worked hard to find me the right tenants, and listened to my requirements. I would thoroughly recommend them.
