GoogleI have used Balgores Hornchurch for a number of years to identify suitable tenants for my flat and they provide an excellent service. They have once again provided a quality service, they have found me a suitable tenant and they worked quickly and efficiently to process all necessary paperwork. Mark Claxton has been particularly helpful and is very knowledgeable when it comes to letting a property and has ensured all aspects are covered. I would recommend Balgores if you are looking to Let a similar property as the service is excellent.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic from start to finish! I cannot thank the team at Balgores SWF enough. This hasn't been the easiest of sales but their perseverance and tenacity has got us across the line. A special mention for Tom who has been a star from the start going above and beyond on an almost daily basis. His happy voice has kept me smiling and his open and honest updates have been really appreciated so a big big thank you especially to him :-)

GoogleTerrible experience. Have missed out on many opportunities for buying purely because the young staff working there don't call you back. Do they forget or profile you? Its hard to tell but they have been trained.

GoogleI recently used Balgores in Chelmsford and found Allannah Buckroyd to be most professional, helpful, friendly, informative and fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always happy to go that 'extra mile' without any hesitation. For the follow up on my sale and purchase, this was dealt with by Marie Ball who was always providing me with updates and was there for anything I needed or to liaise on. Both Allannah and Marie our an asset to your company and l would happily recommend Balgores.
