HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina and Matt particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Balgores was the second agent we engaged after a rocky start with another agent. They were unstoppable in finding the right buyer for us, as we were in a complex new-build onward chain meaning there’d be a wait for our house which resulted in multiple offers but conflicting timing expectations. We were so impressed with their attention to detail (I think maybe they knew our house better than we did by the time we sold!). We were so impressed how Balgores went through this (what felt to us at times as painful!) journey with us with patience and perseverance needed for a complex sale. We achieved the amount we wanted so I would highly recommend speaking with Balgores if you’ve had low-ball valuations from other agents in Chelmsford more concerned with their own targets & a quick sale! My mum enquired multiple times about a property being marketed by Balgores in Chelmsford and repeatedly tried to arrange a viewing. On several occasions, we were told that the property had already been sold and that viewings were no longer available. However, despite being told this, the property continued to appear on major property websites for weeks afterwards. More recently, we even received an automated email notification advising that the asking price had been reduced from £450,000 to £425,000, which suggests the property remained on the market the entire time. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Had we been told that an offer had been accepted or that the property was still available but subject to negotiations, we would have understood. Instead, we were repeatedly informed that it had been sold, which appears inconsistent with the fact that it remained advertised and has since had a price reduction. My mother was a genuine buyer with the financial means to proceed and made multiple enquiries, yet she was never given a fair opportunity to view the property. The lack of clear and accurate communication left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as prospective purchasers. Based on our experience, customer service and communication fell well below the standard we would expect from a professional estate agent.

We had a good experience with Balgores Estate Agency. They successfully sold our house, found a buyer, and even secured one for our buyer's property too, handling the chain smoothly even though our chain was more complex than usual with staggered complete dates. Despite the initial salesperson leaving early on, the team and in particular Georgia Yexley kept us well informed throughout. The sale took nearly a year, but that was due to issues with the owner of our initial purchase choice, not Balgores. They got the job done.
