GoogleVery good service and happy customer was showed the property on the day of enquiry. And everything was very straight forward including the reference. Michael and Grace helped me move into my first Flat and explained everything to me and made me feel less anxious with the whole moving in stage. On the moving in day they supplied me with a moving in box with various items to make the first day easier. I highly recommend using Balgores Basildon excellent bunch of people thank you again.

GoogleHaving recently let my flat through Balgores, would definitely recommend. Chris visited the flat to give a valuation, he was very professional and provided a lot of information. As a first time landlord he gave the information to questions I didn’t know to ask. Once we agreed to go with Balgores the team provided a responsive service, booking and attending viewings, and then progressing to the new remnant moving in.

GoogleOverall we have had a great experience with Balgores over the last 2-3 months. We decided back in October to put our property up for let and they have made the whole process very easy for us from the beginning. A special mention to Mark, Jodie and Courtney who were our main points of contact as they have been extremely helpful throughout and always on hand to answer questions or deal with any issues.

GoogleWith Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

GoogleSo we found our perfect then place, we got a viewing so quickly and was able to secure the place even faster we are now moved in and it's just perfect for us, massive thank you to both Michael and Holly for the viewing and also for the help during the process with any questions we had, they was both very friendly and helpful throughout. Review update, they get you in a place then ask for review then they stop helping you, we was with hot water and heating for 7 months it was tempermental, they sent someone to fix it to which he even said he will make a note that we need a new one yet some how 7 months later is when we got a new one we are now waiting over 2 weeks to here about our deposit (there are some items on inventory were NOT in the house when we moved in) they never answer there phone, please make sure if renting with these you take pictures and video of everything and make sure there's a email of paper trails to go back on.

GoogleBalgores were amazing! If I ever buy a house again I know what estate agents I will be using!! (although I never plan to move again) They kept us sane throughout the whole buying process, they were constantly chasing solicitors for us on the buyers and sellers side. They went above and beyond to keep us informed in every way. I think in the end we were in contact with the whole office! Everyone was very accommodating, even through the difficult phone calls (seller putting the house back on the market). Clive and Paul knew how much we wanted our house and did everything to help us get it. My hat has to go off to Marie though who emailed us every day and kept us in the loop, the professionalism and excellent communication skills from her helped make the process that little less stressful! Lastly Amy and Tom were always happy to pass on messages and email me over any answers to my questions with the little details about the house. What an outatanding office. Thank you Balgores.

When I decided to sell, it was an easy decision to use Balgores and since then, Ross has been nothing but helpful.
