GoogleI had amazing experience with Balgores Chelmsford. The estate agent Daniel Lawrence is very helpful , and assisted me in my journey to find a new home. The process was very smooth , I am very happy with the service and my new flat;) Thank you Daniel and to all at Belgores Estate . I can reccomend this company to everyone who is looking to move the house or rent a property.

GoogleAn absolute joke of an estates agency and definitely the worst in Essex. I did not even want to give them one star, they should get minus five!! A total utter shambles from the top down. In particular Joe Hayes! An absolute joke of a person who only cares for his commission and not the clients buying the property. They will bully and rush you to complete, trust me you will do well to choose another agency. STAY WELL CLEAR OF BALGORES AND ESPECIALLY JOE HAYES!

GoogleVery disappointed with Balgores. Extremely unprofessional not wanting to pass my offer on to a seller despite it being on the market for many months. I called back a month later to ask if my offer could be put forward a second time round and ended up with a very argumentative staff member who still refused. No idea why they are deciding what should be put forward and what shouldn't, no wonder it's been on the market for months - avoid at all costs!

GoogleI used the Mortgage Advice Bureau to get my mortgage. Michael is excellent and really knows his stuff and has excellent interpersonal skills. I always felt comfortable, informed and fully aware of the situation. Mackensie is a great part of the team as well, demonstrating excellent communication skills to keep us up to date and made sure the whole process went smoothly without any hiccups. I would 100% recommend to atleast have a chat with Michael, and I'm sure you'll stick with him.

GoogleSouth Woodham Balgores team were honestly faultless. We dealt primarily with Tom who has the most impressive customer service attitude. Anything he said he would do, he did. He kept us both up to date and informed us of anything that was an issue or a query. Would happily use them again.

GoogleDear Clive, We would like to thank you so much for all your efforts on our behalf over the past years. We chose Balgores because, having heard you successfully selling our daughters property a year earlier, I was most impressed with the very professional way you went about your task. You actually sold our property three or four times only for it all to fall apart - mainly due to time delays caused by an incomplete chain above. But you "kept the faith" and proved to be absolutely right in saying to us that you would sell it for us. We were also very happy with the dedication shown by all your staff - Marie, Tom and Amy in particular - they all did whatever they said that they would do - something that does not always happen in this modern world! So, once again, many, many thanks from us both ( as we sit in our nice new bungalow ), Tony and Christine Barnes.

GoogleMy parents recently used Balgores to sell their house of 34 years, which sold in 5.5 hours! The team at Balgores South Woodham were absolutely fantastic...they were helpful, friendly and efficient and went far beyond the call of duty in assisting my parents with their search for, and purchase of, the new home. Really couldn't recommend them highly enough...if you are looking for a team to get you moved quickly and efficiently, these guys are your best bet!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! Their service was outstanding from start to finish! They kept us updated, regularly checked in to make sure the process was going as we hoped, chased solicitors (sometimes hourly), answered our many questions... the list goes on - nothing was too much trouble. AND it was done during a pandemic so everything was that much harder to coordinate. They were on hand (and have been after completion) with helpful advice and truly made what could have been a difficult move, a walk in the park. Thank you to Paul and the team - in particular Marie, Amy, Tom and Lou. They were a total pleasure to deal with and would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you :)

GoogleThe team at Balgores are wonderful to have looking after you. We had frequent updates and always felt at ease during the different stages of the move, despite a number of unexpected situations occurring in the chain that no one could have prepared for. The Balgores team were always proactive to inform us of what was going on and also confirming next steps and action points, which was incredibly reassuring and welcomed. Huge thanks especially to Marie who is an absolute superstar.

The valuation carried out by Clive was so quick and efficient. The marketing was amazing and from our property going on the market to our completion day the team were fantastic and we can’t thank them enough!

GoogleThe Balgores team in the South Woodham office are a credit to the company overall. After having sold our house through them, we unfortunately encountered a number of setbacks that although extremely stressful were handled professionally. The team are diligent and proactive, keeping all parties involved throughout. Whilst all the team including Paul, Marie and Amy were fabulous, a special shout-out has to go to Tom whose customer service and marketing skills are exceptional. If you are in any doubt as to which agent is best to buy or sell a property through, then in our opinion Balgores will not disappoint.
