I’ve typically had negative experiences with sales and letting agents in the past, however, Gobind was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout all my endeavours. I don’t typically write reviews but I thought he deserved a particular shout out for making my experience efficient and easy. Probably the best agency in Southampton.

We had a great experience with Austin & Wyatt Southampton London Road. Gobind, Mia and James were incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the whole buying and selling process feel straightforward and well managed. Just had the most irritating call with an agent. I asked for a ballpark of what commission fees would be if they sold a property of around £ 180k. I have the fees from one agency and I wanted a rough comparison. I was told that they had to do a valuation before they can disclose that information. I asked, if the property cost of £ 180k hypothetically, what it would be as I didn't want to wait several days for an answer. No luck. I do have a property for around that value, and if your agent gave me that hypothetical information, it was a likelihood I would have commissioned you to sell. This won't happen. Very frustrated.

Securing our new flat was nice and smooth until we moved in. Not particularly helpful with the meters for the flat (gas and water) which we weren't sure where they were as they are not flat numbered and we had to work out where they are located ourselves.
