The best estate agents in the area for honesty and for being so helpful,staff always immaculate and polite,nothing too much trouble.Today that is an exception as agents do tend to have a bad reputation but they are great.

All the team were so friendly and amazing during the purchase of our property, taking the time to allow us numerous visits even after our offer had been excepted! They kept on top of the whole process and really pushed everything along to get us moved in. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

We could not have chosen a more helpful, caring, attentive or switched on company to sell our house with. From the valuation to the open house viewing to the day we got the keys to our new house we were incredibly impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm of the whole team. We cannot thank you enough for ALL your hard work to help us do the impossible (we never thought we'd be able to move up the ladder) and we'll definitely be back again soon- after we've finished this project!

If Carlsberg had an estate agent !! Had a lot of dealings with numerous estate agents recently as sold two properties and bought one, if only I could have dealt with Kyle and his team for all our transactions!! Very professional, friendly and helpful, and they do what they say they are going to do without all the usual bulls**t that gets estate agents a bad name. Well done.

I moved to Canford Heath 6 months ago, Kyle and David could not have done more to help me with the purchase. There were delays with my sale and my own agents were useless to say the least, but because of the help and professionalism off Kyle and David it all came to a happy conclusion for me and of course their client. Would I recommend them,- you bet I would.

Recently purchased my house in Bear Cross via Austin & Wyatt. I was looked after by Kyle who was excellent throughout the process, even to the point he knew more about my own sale than the agents I had instructed in Northampton, where I was moving from. I now plan to extend my house and Kyle is assisting with ensuring the design & budget is in keeping with the market requirements and potential future sale price. What more can you ask from a local agent and when it comes to sell and move on it will be via Austin & Wyatt.

My wife and I bought a property in Canford Heath just over 3 years ago via Austin & Wyatt, the service was extremely good with friendly approachable staff that assisted us through the whole experience. So when we decided later last year to move property it was an easy choice in who to market and sell our house. Kyle and David were very professional and helpful with in marketing the property via different media means as well as selecting the right type of potential buyers. Once the property was sold they continued to support us in finding our dream home not necessarily via them. We eventually found our dream home and continued to have support and advice from the Austin & Wyatt team through the exchange and completion process. Alan clearly knew the market very well meaning a quick sale which went from enquiry to completion within three months. Was kept informed throughout with minimal impact on existing tenants.
