The sale of my investment property was completed in less than 3 months. The Branch Manager Alan Woodhouse managed the process efficiently, and as such I would recommend Austin & Wyatt.

Austin & Wyatt stepped in when another agent (who shall remain nameless) failed us on so many levels, and very quickly got us multiple offers. The staff are all very professional and helpful, and I would thoroughly recommend.

Recently sold an investment property with Austin and Wyatt, excellent service from start to finish. Alan clearly knew the market very well meaning a quick sale which went from enquiry to completion within three months. Was kept informed throughout with minimal impact on existing tenants. Would recommend A&W Southampton.

The best estate agents in the area for honesty and for being so helpful, staff always immaculate and polite, nothing too much trouble.Today that is an exception as agents do tend to have a bad reputation but they are great.

All the team were so friendly and amazing during the purchase of our property, taking the time to allow us numerous visits even after our offer had been excepted! They kept on top of the whole process and really pushed everything along to get us moved in. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I moved to Canford Heath 6 months ago, Kyle and David could not have done more to help me with the purchase. There were delays with my sale and my own agents were useless to say the least, but because of the help and professionalism off Kyle and David it all came to a happy conclusion for me and of course their client. Would I recommend them,- you bet I would.

We could not have chosen a more helpful, caring, attentive or switched on company to sell our house with. From the valuation to the open house viewing to the day we got the keys to our new house we were incredibly impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm of the whole team. We cannot thank you enough for ALL your hard work to help us do the impossible (we never thought we'd be able to move up the ladder) and we'll definitely be back again soon- after we've finished this project!

My parents decided to rent their 4 bedroom house out and Karen and her team have managed to find some excellant tenants. A lovely family who are keeping the place clean adn tidy and PAY their rent on time. Definately recommend to others! they may not be the cheapest but they will look after your property. :)
