Changed my energy supplier to a very expensive (Spark) one without my permission. claiming its part of the service but the prevented me from changing to the energy supplier i wanted. If others have had this problem let me know as I have reason to believe this is illegal and also against the tendency agreement.

I was on the market with purplebricks for roughly 10 weeks and i didn't have much success or much communication which was quite disappointing as i had been promised the complete opposite. I had a knock on my door from Ben asking me if i was looking in the area for properties to buy of which i'm not, however his pro-activity was quite impressive, so much so i asked him if he had any sold properties in my road recently, we had a good discussion and long story short, we agreed to work together. i was visited by Kerry and Ben and then also a professional photographer who arranged the measurements and brochure which was really impressive. I was asked to go into the office to meet the team and agree the details which i did, this is when i met Chris who subsequently sold my property. The funny thing is that they actually achieved over asking price and i don't know whether it was down to the effort they put in, or the marketing but it just seemed to work. i would definitely recommend the Bournemouth team if anyone is wanting a real agent to sell their home.

Finding somewhere to live and moving is never a straight forward or easy process and this will be my fourth rental in the past five years and first in the New Forest. The service I have received from Austin and Wyatt has been exceptional. From initial enquiry, through to viewing and setting up the tenancy each member of the Lettings Team have been outstanding. The initial viewing could have been better informed as the person accompanying us was somewhat thrown by questions we asked. Having said that we then returned for a second viewing with Scott the manager who clearly knew his stuff. We were very pleased with the attention we received from then on through to completion and handing over the keys.
