ADDED ON BEHALF OF Cassie & Gary Munnoch Selling our house was proving difficult and it had been on the market for 4 months with Purplebricks. It was on the market off the market and so on. Then Sarah knocked the door. She asked if she could help sell our house and gave us a run down of how Austin & Wyatt work. She said she had some people looking for a house in the area. We agreed to sign up as we really needed help. Within 3 days our house was sold! Just like that! Happy buyers happy sellers and happy Sarah. I would definitely recommend. They were professional and trustworthy, which is exactly what we needed after giving someone else our money for nothing! It's true what they say..... you get what you pay for!!!

From the first viewing with Nathan, I was pleased How professional he was. He is punctual and polite. I feel he did well to get us into the property in the short time frame. His overall representation of his company was a good one. However I was surprised at the total fees that were charged and at this point in could not back out or loose the holding fee cash. Previous fees at other rented property's were cheaper. Just a pointer for A&W, if you could inform tenants before the holding fee is paid. Your admin charges and total fees, it did come as a shock.

hi, had no success with two agents so was told to take it off for a week, had a professional photographer come and do photos. they actually increased the price by £4500 and they sold it on the weekend. went on the internet on Tuesday afternoon. i didn't expect it to happen truthfully however we actually exchanged yesterday and complete next Friday. enjoy the bubbly lads!

Last year when i tried to sell my flat in Madeira Road i had nothing but problems with the independent estate agent i used. they wanted 1.5% as well which frankly i agreed at the time but in hindsight was a terrible decision. austin and wyatt have managed to sell my flat at a reasonable fee and for the level of service they provided i couldn't fault them. Never have i had an estate agent who i could actually contact on a Sunday. their service is second to none and in this messy market thats what you want. Austin and Wyatt go above and beyond on their customer service - my 90 year old father has recently sold his house through them and they have been superb, regularly coming round to help him with paperwork and being very understanding about having 4+ calls a day from us to get updates. Before we went with Austin and Wyatt we went with Purple Bricks - we got one viewing in 3 months. Total waste of money. Within one week of signing with Austin and Wyatt we had several viewings because they proactively found potential buyers. I would give Kyle, David and Marcus 6 stars if I could. I had a very extended sale due to loosing several buyers along the way. Each time this happened they efficiently got on the phone and more viewings were arranged. If you want a proactive agent then use Austin&Wyatt on Canford Heath. As other reviews have said all my questions were answered and NOTHING was to much trouble. Thank you for making a very stressful sale a little bit easier
