Communication was poor for long stretches, two buyers were lost during the process, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates. There were basic administrative errors, including agents attending with the wrong keys and contacting the wrong solicitors. The sale eventually completed, but the overall experience felt disorganised and lacking in professionalism. I would not recommend ever.
