The lettings staff at Austin and Wyatt ( Richard, Louise and Lloyd) were extremely helpful throughout the letting process. They gave me advice and were always available to help me. Despite it being December they soon found me suitable tenants so it was all wrapped up before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them.

Richard dealt with our enquiry on his first day back to work after being furloughed, he worked hard to manage our rental and provided an excellent service despite the challenges we all faced. I’ve dealt with Austin and Wyatt (Andy & Nicki) and I found the customers service outstanding as a landlady I would definitely recommend. Also the sales team especially Ed are always helpful.

Excellent letting agent. Always professional. I'm a landlady and it's a pleasure for me to deal with such an organised agency who are consistently looking after my property. 3rd time lucky as have dealt with some awful agencies previously. Highly recommend to any landlord who want a fuss free, organised and professional agent to look after their property.

Over the years that A&W have managed our rental property, the service has become better, year-on-year compared to when we started. Hayley is really efficient and organised when it comes to maintenance issues, which takes any possible stress off us, and Charlie is so competent when dealing with the letting process, renewal and suchlike.
