Absolutely wonderful staff. Have had contact with AJ, George and Daryl. They are all cheerful, caring, professional, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. They really do care about you and treated us with respect at all times. My mum is elderly and I can honestly say all three treated her as if she was there mum! Fantastic. I know mum felt so safe with them in the house doing viewings and so did I. Thank you so much… customer service like this is rare!

As we were looking for a new rented property, the lettings manager Natalie was beyond helpful. She hosted the viewing for us and she was able to tell us everything about the property and handled the whole process. She was very patient and responsive with phone calls and emails, I was never waiting long for a reply. Natalie made the whole process so easy for everyone involved by helping us step by step and I couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Austin & Wyatt, London Road, are currently selling the flat I've been a tenant at for over 15 years and have been seemingly unable to treat me with the basic respect a long standing tenant would expect to receive. They regularly inform me of viewings on the same day as the viewing, despite the requirement to give me 24 hours notice and me continuously asking them to do so. Today I spoke to the manager in person, asking them to give me 24 hours notice for viewings on two separate e-mail addresses. An hour later I received a text message informing me of the viewing, with no e-mails sent despite my request. In addition to the lack of respect shown regarding viewings, they left me without a working oven for the entirety of the Christmas period - nearly a month passed before anything was done to fix this. They appear to have little to no regard for their tenants or be in any way committed to providing them with a good level of service. Whilst I understand the property is on the market for sale, this is, ultimately, my home and Austin and Wyatt do not seem to give a monkeys.

Viewed at a property and put in an offer the same day. Had a phone call 24 hours after asking if i still wanted to proceed with offer. Confirmed yes and was told i did not have a mortgage in principle. Please be aware i had sent this before a viewing where a mortgage broker had already sorted the paper work for a confirmed mortgage and illustration. I was told to use there in house mortgage broker as would help with the sale for an offer i had put in for. Sent numerous of documents to this broker. I was then was told at the end by them that they would find me another property ( I could buy for higher then what i had viewed and sent documents within 24 hours of being asked). I asked if the property had gone and why i did not have any communication from the estate agents to confirm this. I then recieved a call after i complained to the mortgage broker about clarity and communication. Basically wasted my time when they knew the property had gone to try get myself to buy another property. I had seen numerous of properties by the estate agent on email for my properties that i had said time and time again dont meet my preference. Why was i completing this process if had already been sold to another buyer. When i spoke to the branch i was told i know its dissapointing. As i explained as i previously brought and sold a home that was not my issue. it was the lack of proffesionalism, clarity, communication and not responsive. If looking for an estate agent that wont waste time please do not use. Will not use this estate agent again for other buyers who dont want time wasted when selling their own home currently.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
