GoogleThe whole team were great. They negotiated the sale of my house & it me the asking price, and then then managed to speed along the purchase of my new home before the end of the stamp duty holiday ended. Special thanks to Kyle Nichols for facilitating all of this. He's a bit of a legend locally... Fabulous!

GoogleDuring a very stressful process, the best part of it was definitely Kyle, who helped us during the our purchase - always on the ball, driving the process forward. The rest of the team at A&W were very helpful too and stepped in when needed when Kyle was on leave. We would definitely recommend them!

GoogleKyle Nichols I highly recommend. He explained everything very clear and did not fail to sale the house. First Viewing he sold are house which I thought was very impressive. Also I would like to add I had gave him a complex sale as me and my ex partner had spilt up. He managed to deal with us both separately and got the job done with a lot of hard work which I appreciate

GoogleI have used Austin Wyatt Canford Heath a few times now when buying and selling. Kyle and his team are excellent at getting you the best price for your property and for securing a purchase if you are buying within the same area. Kyle went over and above with my most recent sale and purchase. He followed up on everything, making sure the solicitors were all on the same page and things were moving forward. He can recommend all services needed to make the moving process run smoothly ie Removals, house clearance etc. For me it all went through with no delays or major hiccups and I’m sure this was down to Kyle and his dedication to his customers and to getting the job done. From start to finish Kyle kept in touch and went out of his way to help with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. He has his finger firmly on the pulse of the housing market and is in my opinion- head and shoulders above other estate agents we dealt with. GoogleWe have just purchased a house through Austin & Wyatt. We weren't successful on the first bid, someone else was. They then pulled out a few weeks later and Kyle Nichols called us right away as he knew how much we wanted the house. Kyle is absolutely on top of everything, very proactive with brilliant communication. Im genuinely impressed and can't say enough good things about the experience working with Kyle.

GoogleViewed at a property and put in an offer the same day. Had a phone call 24 hours after asking if i still wanted to proceed with offer. Confirmed yes and was told i did not have a mortgage in principle. Please be aware i had sent this before a viewing where a mortgage broker had already sorted the paper work for a confirmed mortgage and illustration. I was told to use there in house mortgage broker as would help with the sale for an offer i had put in for. Sent numerous of documents to this broker. I was then was told at the end by them that they would find me another property ( I could buy for higher then what i had viewed and sent documents within 24 hours of being asked). I asked if the property had gone and why i did not have any communication from the estate agents to confirm this. I then recieved a call after i complained to the mortgage broker about clarity and communication. Basically wasted my time when they knew the property had gone to try get myself to buy another property. I had seen numerous of properties by the estate agent on email for my properties that i had said time and time again dont meet my preference. Why was i completing this process if had already been sold to another buyer. When i spoke to the branch i was told i know its dissapointing. As i explained as i previously brought and sold a home that was not my issue. it was the lack of proffesionalism, clarity, communication and not responsive. If looking for an estate agent that wont waste time please do not use. Will not use this estate agent again for other buyers who dont want time wasted when selling their own home currently.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy daughter who's bringing up 2 babies on her own, desperate to rent a small house with a garden, gave Austin & Wyatt £250 to hold a property for a week whilst she organised her references. As a homeowner I've been her guarantor for the past 12 months but my earnings didn't fit their criteria , unable to find a suitable guarantor they placed the property back on the market after 3 days and she lost her £250. GoogleWe brought through Austin & Wyatt and Laura and the team were thoroughly professional throughout the sales progression. They provided updates where possible and always got back to us in a timely manner. I would recommend Laura and Emily the in house Mortgage Broker who was also extremely helpful in providing us with our mortgage and was very friendly and informative during this stage.

GoogleI was looking for my next flat to move in and I was really satisfied with the service from Austin & Wyatt. Whenever I emailed or called them they were always very responsive and they really gave me consulting. They listened and considered what I was saying about the type of flat I was looking for and suggested me those when new available flats got on a market. Thanks to them I could find a place I was looking for. Especially Natalie Eustace and Rosie Heatley were very professional and helpful.
