GoogleWe recently sold our property via this branch and we have been very impressed with the service we received from start to finish! All staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! We had a fairly big chain and the level of communication between myself, Estate agents and solicitors has been first class. They also worked tirelessly to keep our chain together for which we are truly grateful! We would highly recommend using this branch, and we will definitely use them again!

They negotiated the sale of my house & it me the asking price, and then then managed to speed along the purchase of my new home before the end of the stamp duty holiday ended. GoogleKyle Nichols I highly recommend. He explained everything very clear and did not fail to sale the house. First Viewing he sold are house which I thought was very impressive. Also I would like to add I had gave him a complex sale as me and my ex partner had spilt up. He managed to deal with us both separately and got the job done with a lot of hard work which I appreciate

GoogleDuring a very stressful process, the best part of it was definitely Kyle, who helped us during the our purchase - always on the ball, driving the process forward. The rest of the team at A&W were very helpful too and stepped in when needed when Kyle was on leave. We would definitely recommend them!

GoogleWe would highly recommend Austin & Wyatt. Kyle, David & Marcus were professional throughout the viewing and selling process of the flat and were always quick to respond to any queries we had. Even though it wasn't smooth sailing (first buyer pulled out last minute), the team were super reactive and had multiple viewings lined up straight away and we had another buyer within a couple of weeks and we were back on track and have now successfully moved house.
