My husband and I had 12 months fantastic service from Austin &Wyatt, Lyndhurst branch. Maddison was super professional, continually fighting for our best interests. Austin and Wyatt have been so helpful with my house move. They always kept me in the loop and made the moving process that bit smoother. The little moving in gifts were also a nice touch. Special thanks to Nick for putting up with my daily phone calls. I would highly recommend Austin and Wyatt and would like to say a big Thankyou for all your work!

Sarah and Maddison and others in the office have been excellent. When I call they always know exactly what is happening and where things are at. Buying and selling property is extremely stressful but they are very reassuring and super helpful. Always offering to go the extra mile, letting us have a number of viewings. Even buying flowers once the sale was agreed, how thoughtful. Cant fault their professionalism, expertise and support throughout the process. In our experience they are exceptional estate agents and we would highly recommend their services. THANK YOU.

Sarah has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the perfect new home. She took the time to listen, get to know us & acted accordingly. Sarah and her team went out their way to do letter drops as well. Every time we call the office they are very helpful & super quick to reply. I am pleased to say they are now selling our house because they are superstars!!! Highly recommend the Lyndhurst office!

All the letting team and the girls in the finance department are all friendly and approachable, nothing too much trouble and always willing to help. Will return calls and answer all queries. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Great lettings service - easy to reserve a viewing - trouble free moving and negotiations. A few property teething problems (very minor things) that have been rectified by Tia and the full management service team in place for the renting of my new flat! Well done Austin & Wyatt!
