GoogleCommunication was our big concern, we have sold in the past with little to no updates. This was not the case with Kyle and his team. We had regular contact with updates far beyond what I was expecting. Their knowledge of the area made things so smooth and easy. I really can't recommend them enough. If your thinking of moving around this area there will be no one better. Thank you to them all!!!

GoogleKyle was excellent throughout from the first meeting when he valued the property he portrayed a very reassuring professional approach, which remained throughout. He attention to detail and determined support during the final tricky ten days was also excellent. Kyle was excellent from start to finish. Markus and Linda were also very helpful and supportive at various points throughout the sale. Together they form an excellent team.

GoogleThe sale of our family home was unfortunately not without its challenges as I’m sure Kyle will agree, however he went over and beyond with the greatest care, sensitivity and professionalism and for that we cannot thank him enough! Kyle put our minds at rest and was a huge comfort to my Mum and I in circumstances that were at times emotional and frustrating- yet Kyle did more than the job of any other estate agent I have ever dealt with and deserves all the good feedback possible! GoogleFollowing the initial meeting to appraise our home, we were delighted with Kyle’s approach. He was genuinely interested in us & to understand our rationale for selling together with our future aspirations. The whole meeting was relaxed & the communication first class. Knowledge of his business & the local area is second to none. Everything was on our terms & within our timescales & at no point was there any pressure. The photographer used was incredibly efficient & professional, adding to the quality of the whole experience. Kyle & his Team were always on hand as matters progressed to keep us updated & to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to use in the future & would highly recommend Kyle & his Team.

GoogleIncredible staff. They have worked so hard to find me a decent property to let, which is so hard to find within today's renting crisis. On the day of the move when there was one paperwork left to sign by my guarantor, EVERYONE in the office tried to call the workplace where they work to get a hold of them. When it turned out it was the fault of the phone lines of that workplace and when the paperwork was finally signed, they seemed genuinely so happy for me. Really lovely people who aren't doing their job just for their paycheck - they celebrate their colleagues when they succeed and support their clients in every way possible. Couldn't recommend more. GoogleWe purchased a house through Austin and Wyatt. This involved the sale of my apartment. What should have been a simple sale with my property, became hugely drawn out due to other parts in the chain causing frustration. Despite what ended up being a long period of time because of this, Laura and the team managed to keep our onward purchase on board. Laura was also chasing right up and down the chain to secure this deal. It worked out well for us all in the end, but the majority of that was down to Laura's direct efforts within the transaction. We found both Laura and Charlie with whom we dealt with from Austin and Wyatt, extremely helpful and responsive. We would use them again and we highly recommend them. They are excellent problem solvers and a great local company. Thank you for helping us secure our home.

They provided updates where possible and always got back to us in a timely manner. It was a very unusual & complex sale but they rose to the challenge & continually updated us with progress of not only our sale but that of our purchasers even when complications arose, hence we were never in the dark. We also feel we must mention Maddison. GoogleA sales & letting agent that delivered on every part you would expect and want them to do, but this rarely actually happens. Maddison and the whole office did everything they said they would from the first viewing to the day we completed. As usual with moving, it wasn't as straight forward as it could have been, but the communication between solicitors, NFDC & vendors on every item that needed some attention was perfectly dealt with. I hope this review could help people decide on using the Lyndhurst branch of Austin & Wyatt for any property move without hesitation. My passing words to describe would be honesty & integrity.
