When I went in, the person dealing with letting seemed annoyed. I briefly explained what I was looking for and then told her I had a CCJ. She stopped me and said that she couldn't help me. When I asked why she was unable to explain. Another agent chipped in and said that they were told they weren't allowed to let to people with CCJs. Though they didn't ask me, I did let them know that I had 6 months rent that I could pay in advance, at which point they asked for my details. I refused to leave the details and won't deal with them at any point in the future. Patronising and clueless.

I love to see that other clients had a better experience than I had with this agency. Mine was shocking. Lost keys to the property purchased? Tick! Key documents missed to be submitted to relevant parties causing delay? Tick! Arrogant, condescending, bordering on unprofessional behaviour and communication? Also tick! I could go on. I couldn't wait for the purchase process to finish, which eventually took 9 month! And funnily enough, A&W were not even my estate agent. I personally definitely would not recommend this branch.

I'm giving 5 star rating they sold my 23 years static caravan within two months. Marcus Hofmann was very professional and very confident that it will be sold. The photos Marcus took and the information about the caravan was professional. When Marcus was out I was assisted by Kyle and Ben. We purchased a property in Canford Heath and Austin & Wyatt were the estate agents representing the sellers. It was a rocky road and Kyle (the estate agent) helped us through it admirably. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to both expedite and smooth the transition more than we could hope for, even to the point of taking the keys to the property for the removal men to gain access while we were stuck in traffic! Really quite exemplary service. If we ever decide to move again (and I certainly hope that isn't for some considerable time...), we will ask him to represent us without hesitation.
