I've recently found a home to let with Austin & Wyatt and found the process to be so straightforward compared to previous agents I have used. Being a small team, it was lovely to phone up and have either Richard, Gemma or Louise instantly know who I was and the house I was talking about. Very helpful, empathetic and professional agents. I have just sold my house through them, however the solicitor I was assigned for the conveyancing was appalling, the complete opposite. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed. Ps, if you're offered Conveyancing Direct, I would recommend that you politely decline.

Incredible staff. They have worked so hard to find me a decent property to let, which is so hard to find within today's renting crisis. On the day of the move when there was one paperwork left to sign by my guarantor, EVERYONE in the office tried to call the workplace where they work to get a hold of them. When it turned out it was the fault of the phone lines of that workplace and when the paperwork was finally signed, they seemed genuinely so happy for me. Really lovely people who aren't doing their job just for their paycheck - they celebrate their colleagues when they succeed and support their clients in every way possible. Couldn't recommend more. We purchased a house through Austin and Wyatt. This involved the sale of my apartment. What should have been a simple sale with my property, became hugely drawn out due to other parts in the chain causing frustration. Despite what ended up being a long period of time because of this, Laura and the team managed to keep our onward purchase on board. Laura was also chasing right up and down the chain to secure this deal. It worked out well for us all in the end, but the majority of that was down to Laura's direct efforts within the transaction. We found both Laura and Charlie with whom we dealt with from Austin and Wyatt, extremely helpful and responsive. We would use them again and we highly recommend them. They are excellent problem solvers and a great local company. Thank you for helping us secure our home.
