GoogleWe completed on the sale of our house yesterday. It was a bumpy ride as our empty house attracted the attention of a squatter who broke in on 4 seperate occasions. Throughout the entire process Kyle Nichols was exceptional. He was available through the entire bank holiday weekend as we dealt with various parties including the police, neighbours, a security firm and our understandably nervous buyers. A massive thank you Kyle for your professionalism, calm manner and amazing work ethic. We were very blessed to have you on our team.

GoogleWe purchased a house through the Canford Heath branch and Kyle and his team were fantastic from start to finish. It was our 1st time buying and selling and the constant updates and communication made the whole process as easy as possible. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and the chasing of solicitors on our behalf helped take away some of the "admin" for us. Ive already recommended them to others.

GoogleNot helpful at all, been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks, they ignore calls if they see you calling as when I ring from another number they answer straight away, then leave me on hold until I have no other choice but to hang up. quick to take their agency fees and payments but cant work out how to get it back to you in a reasonable time frame. also their online photos of properties are highly edited to the point of it being unrecognizable.
