GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with A&W when purchasing a flat, and overall my experience with them was positive. While nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, the team was consistently kind and responsive, always answering my questions in a timely manner. Communication was great throughout the process, and I appreciated the regular updates I received on the status of my purchase. In the end, the process was stress-free and fast, which was a relief for a first-time homebuyer like myself. GoogleThere is a reason that Austin & Wyatt is one of the most successful firms. They are customer friendly and make the whole process as easy as possible for the parties involved. There was also a personal touch with a welcome box with included some goodies and presents to welcome you to your new home. GoogleMe and my partner have rented a property through Austin and Wyatt's. From viewing, to collecting the keys to moving in was smooth sailing. They even gave us a move in pack with goodies which was great to keep us going on move in day. The staff are really friendly and helpful, thank you to Anna and Tia who were part of our renting process. We'd definitely recommend renting through this estate agents.

GoogleA professional, informative, customer focused division. Liz and her team were outstanding in assisting with a deposit claim. They provided huge insight and guidance and took care of submitting the relevant documents for me and kept me in the loop during the whole process. GoogleCommunication was our big concern, we have sold in the past with little to no updates. This was not the case with Kyle and his team. We had regular contact with updates far beyond what I was expecting. Their knowledge of the area made things so smooth and easy. I really can't recommend them enough. If your thinking of moving around this area there will be no one better. Thank you to them all!!!

GoogleVery helpful, empathetic and professional agents. I have just sold my house through them, however the solicitor I was assigned for the conveyancing was appalling, the complete opposite. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed. Ps, if you're offered Conveyancing Direct, I would recommend that you politely decline.

GoogleI'm giving 5 star rating they sold my 23 years static caravan within two months. Marcus Hofmann was very professional and very confident that it will be sold. The photos Marcus took and the information about the caravan was professional. When Marcus was out I was assisted by Kyle and Ben. You are never left concerned what's happening, they update all the time. I'm very happy to deal with them, hopefully again his year. GOOD SERVICE WELL DONE

GoogleWe purchased a property in Canford Heath and Austin & Wyatt were the estate agents representing the sellers. It was a rocky road and Kyle (the estate agent) helped us through it admirably. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to both expedite and smooth the transition more than we could hope for, even to the point of taking the keys to the property for the removal men to gain access while we were stuck in traffic! Really quite exemplary service. If we ever decide to move again (and I certainly hope that isn't for some considerable time...), we will ask him to represent us without hesitation.

GoogleI'd like to recommend Austin & Wyatt very highly; they were very helpful at all stages of our sale with advice and assistance. Communication was excellent with regular updates as the sale progressed and sensible advice was provided when needed. Most of the office assisted with the sale in some way, including help with our ongoing purchase for a survey. All in all, a very effective and pleasant experience.
