I recently dealt with the Austin & Wyatt Bournemouth letting department and wanted to leave a review to recognise the excellent service I received. Tia and Anna were stand-out members of staff throughout the process. They were professional, approachable, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel far more straightforward. Communication was clear, questions were dealt with quickly, and I felt properly supported from start to finish. It is rare to deal with a letting department where individuals genuinely seem to care about getting things right, but Tia and Anna both made a very positive impression. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’.
