There were repeated issues with solicitors and Charlotte went out of her way to help keep the communication with the solicitors open. If it was for their responsiveness and persistence I think it would have taken twice as long to buy. Charlotte, Callum and Ben were always professional, polite and helpful and we are finally in our dream home!!
