I have used a few estate agents to try and sell my property, i then approached austin&wyatt to sell my house, Gobind was fantastic and second to none with enthusiasm, he sold my property at the price i wanted and within a great time scale, i would recommend Gobind and his team to anyone, great estate agency! Lainie and Mia also fantastic, always gave me feedback and conducted viewings to a class standard! Well done 👏

My father was a tenant of a property managed by A&W - he passed away back in April and we have had very little communication from Austin & Wyatt on whether his room has been cleared, and we've had no communication on what is happening with his deposit. Emails are often going ignored (even by the branch manager), and I feel this is a really poor way to treat people who are dealing with a very recent and painful bereavement.

Thankyou to both A&Y Sales and A&Y Lettings for my Southampton property's smooth sale transition. Although it was probably one of your simplest sales duer to my A&Y tenant being the buyer, it was my first sale so your assistance with both parties' legal people was invaluable. The tricky management of the final month's rent and so many maintenance items by the Lettings team over 15 years has been exemplary. I particularly commend Christopher P for his diplomatic liaison with tenants and in handling issues. Having both services with A&Y greatly eased and materially assisted the sale transition process. I will commend A&Y tenancy management & Sales to all the landlords among my contacts

Very happy with Austin wyatt. Kyle and his team worked hard to sell our bungalow, with a few unsuccessful offers along the way. But the deal was eventually done and happy new owners now occupie the property. We'll done Kyle and team.

I am so glad that we chose Austin & Wyatt to sell our mothers home. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the area and came prepared with comparable sales of similar properties in the local area Kyle always responded promptly to any queries and went over and above what I could have expected from him. Kyle took on the task of chasing through the sale with the least of fuss, keeping us informed at all stages and liaising with all parties. We have recently purchased a property through the team at the Lyndhurst branch. Madeleine in particular has been fantastic….professional and friendly, and her communication has been excellent, giving us regular updates along the way. Every contact we have had with the team has been really good. We are now dealing with Richard in the Lettings department, who is also proving to be great. An all around pleasurable experience of an estate agent. Would highly recommend.

We couldn’t have asked more from Kyle and all the team. They are always on the end of the phone or email with any questions or queries we have had. Feels like they are going on a journey with you. We are now coming towards completion and feel it couldn’t have gone any better, due to the support from the Austin and Wyatt, Canford Heath team. The bonus of having somewhere to go in and see them face to face is also a bonus. We would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling.
