Mia Cove has handled the sale of my house and she has been great in keeping track of the process and coordinating the communication between the different people involved in the chain. The team is very professional and friendly. Once they handled the case finding a buyer and completion was a relatively quick process. I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe recently used Austin and Wyatt for a very rushed and stressful move from Scotland to Southampton, due to relocation for work. Austin and Wyatt were so helpful throughout the whole process, but I need to single out Jade who I feel went above and beyond when our initial property was withdrawn from rental just a few weeks before we were due to move, and located and secured us a property in the same area. It was a very stressful 48 hrs for all involved.

GoogleWhile searching for a home for myself and my partner I faced lots of challenges with other agencies not really helping with my search untill I was in contact with austin and wyatt, I was met with friendly professional support from being shown around the property by James Murphy who was every bit of a gentleman, polite well mannered was ready with answers to our questions and humble to admit if he didn't. Once contact was made with Jade West in office to proceed with arrangements she was extremely welcoming really approachable very knowledgeable and was really patient to take the time to help me have a full grasp of all details we would need to know. All processes were completed in a timely manner. My hats off to austin and wyatt london road southampton, you deserve every one of these stars. me and my partner couldn't be happier

GoogleWell just when we thought we were down and out in swooped Gobind and the Austin and Wyatt team Southampton Team! Our previous buyer pulled out right at the 11th hour while with another agent and we were about to give up and come off the market, Austin and Wyatt Lyndhurst where our onward purchasing estate agents and in a bid to keep the chain alive convinced us to have a chat with our Austin and Wyatt local team which is when we first met Gobind. Gobind was brilliant, his family based values, infectious energy and simple desire to help us sell our house for the best possible price as quickly as possible convinced us to give him and his team a chance to sell our house and tie up the chain. Would totally recommend these guys buying and/or selling!
