I was kept up to date with progress and was given almost immediate feedback after viewings. GoogleFirst-class and friendly service. A competent team, with a very experienced senior valuer and enthusiastic negotiators. Madeleine, who has dealt with most of sale and onward purchase, may look like a schoolgirl but she is like a terrier at keeping a grip on everything. All in all, a very happy experience.

GooglePurchased Property through Austin & Wyatt (Lyndhurst). We purchased a property through Austin & Wyatt and from the initial inquiry to picking up the keys we received excellent communication (with us and the Estate Agent selling our property etc.) and service. I know that it is a whole team effort to market and sell a property but would like to single out Madeleine for her professionalism and commitment when the problems cropped up (which they do). We are now in our new home and loving it. We didn't even need to chase to have the For Sale / Sold sign removed. Thanks Team.

GoogleThis Austin and Wyatt branch have been amazing every step of our house buying/Selling journey everyone we interacted with was polite courteous and professional however Maddi was absolutely exceptional! she gave us weekly updates through out the early stages before they became more regular as we got closer to our move date. Nothing was ever to much for Maddi If she wasn't to provide me an answer to a query herself then she knew who to speak to and what say to get that answer the same day or first thing the next morning! she has been a clear example of what a fantastic Estate agent should be like and I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone and me and my family are eternally grateful for all of her efforts in helping us achieve our next step! I'm not sure if there is a way for Austin and Wyatt to internally recognise Maddi for her efforts or not but she absolutely deserves all of it and more! Remember Austin and Wyatt she got you a purchase but also is the reason we sold through as well! We would thoroughly recommend the team for buying and/or selling a property! :)

GoogleI sold a property with Autin and Wyatt Lyndhurst for the first time this year in August and I have to say I would highly recommend them. Very helpful, professional and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting them with a querie. Cheerful office atmosphere on arrival which I think is a good sign of a happy team of people. GoogleKyle, my agent, was wonderful. From the initial meeting when he viewed the property I wanted to sell, he was enthusiastic, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended and I agree with that totally. He helped me navigate the whole process from putting the property on the market to completion. The whole journey was stressful to say the least but Kyle was always there to offer reassurance and calmness that everything would work out. He would always return my messages or phone calls even whilst he was on holiday! He was on the ball the whole time, constantly making phone calls and communicating with various solicitors some of whom were challenging and slow to progress. He is honest, reliable and completely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him or to employ his services again should that opportunity arise. Thanks a million!
