GoogleWe recently bought a property through Ashtons Harpenden. The team was friendly and they’re incredibly excellent to monitor the whole trade processing. Especially appreciate Ms Grace Bishop and Mr. Jonny Turner to help us out. Ashtons Harpenden is a good estate agent we would recommend.

GoogleAshtons have been extremely professional and diligent in acting on the sale of my property. They are a very well run agency with lots of experience and treat all parties to the transaction with care and respect. In what has been a lengthy conveyance for various reasons, I never once felt like just a number going through the system which I think sets them apart from other agencies. They also go the extra mile to help out clients on practical matters which also is a key differentiator that is not to be overlooked (especially for remote clients). A special thanks to Mr. James Plumb, the Sales Coordinator, for his exceptional support. Despite the challenges posed by our lawyer, such as an unresponsive locum during her unexpected 6-week holiday and requests for additional documents like notary-certified translations of bank statements, Mr. Plumb’s dedication ensured that we were able to complete the purchase of our first property in the UK within four months (Offer accepted: end May 2023; Transaction completed: mid October 2023). We are incredibly thankful for his assistance in helping us secure our new home.

GoogleUpdate 30/10/24 - just Completed - a big Thankyou to James Plumb and the team - they have really been excellent. The best communication we have had, keeping us updated at all times and following through to completion and beyond. Can’t recommend them highly enough - there should be 6 stars! Liz & John Ashtons have been really excellent. The team is very responsive and proactive, working together so that, if your contact is out of office, all team members know about your case and can assist. They secured our sale in less than a week. They have a dedicated colleague ensuring your sale progresses quickly and efficiently. I could not have been more impressed and would highly recommend the team at Ashtons.

Our other (main) home will shortly be going on the market and we look forward to working with both the Redbourn and St Albans offices to hopefully achieve another good sale so we can then afford to move on to finding our dream home in a dream location!

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our house sale with Ashton’s and I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received. Alex White did the initial consultation and his sensitivity and knowledge about the local market was key in helping us decide who to choose to sell the house. The process and options were laid out and explained well, the brochures and marketing were excellent. Once we had a buyer ( 3 days!) Willow the sales coordinator then led us step by step through the next few weeks, gently keeping things on track and carefully navigating the many levels of buyers in the chain. It’s never easy selling a house, but I can honestly say, the team at Ashtons made the whole process of selling a very good experience. Thank you all, we are very grateful for your help, support and guidance.

As the process developed he was constantly in touch informing us of developments and arranging an open day within 10 days of photos being taken.
