5 star local agent. Biggest portfolio of properties for sale in Welwyn and outstanding customer service of the staff. They always go the extra mile to let clients feel they do matter. I had a pleasure being helped by Laila, Olivia and Stephen who have always treated me like a friend. Absolutely recommended!!!

While Ashtons were not employed in selling my property, they were responsible for the property I was purchasing. Lucy Gadsby was excellent throughout and provided excellent communication, updates and was always proactive in pushing things through to completion. You could tell that this is a well run estate agents.

This rating is mainly for Kirsty Twydell (individual), people make companies, Kirsty works within the letting department, though I have been underwhelmed by the service I received from the lettings department specifically the (management) which resulted in my decision to use an alternative company, I only wish Kirsty was involved when I tried complaining and asked that we come to an amicable solution on the pricing/management fees, this never happened, resulting in me terminating my contract and moving on to an online platform which cost me less than 10% of what Ashtons lettings had charged me, plus this property was let within a week of my advert, my decision to leave Ashtons has saved me over £1k of fees. Thank u Kirsty for helping make my leaving process less painful. Disclaimer: My complaint does NOT relate to the Redbourn sales office which I have used for over 10years, they are still by far the best letting agent in the village/ county.

From start to finish, professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. This is my second year with Ashton. Jamie and young Alexander have been deailing for my rent property and they have been brilliant. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done, and deliver. Can’t fault them.

An absolute nightmare company. They let the house next door, and although the tenants have recently moved out, we still have a damaged fence where their child climbed over, and over grown hedges that need sorting. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Jamie is professional and responsible. He helps to solve all the problems during the renting process. Jo is nice and helpful in the viewing. The place is exactly the same as the virtual tour. There is also a concierge service helping out all we need during moving. Excellent service and experience.

I recently sold and bought a house with Ashtons and they were truly excellent from start to finish. We felt really looked after, their customer service was second to none, with such regular, friendly, helpful communication throughout. They worked really hard for us and I would 100% recommend them.
