We have just used Ashtons St Albans for renting our 4 bed house. They have been extremely professional and got us more rent than they quoted us. Ashton’s found me a tenant within 2 days of viewings where another local agent marketing at the same price and under same terms could not get a tenant in 11 weeks! Great service, good communication, very happy.

I honeatly think that words do not do any jsutice to the experience we had with Ashtons team at St Albans City. Thanks to their great help and support we are going to celebrate Christmass in our first home this year. Great company to work with. They will help and support you from start to finish. Ashtons team helped us connect with the right mortgage brokers and property lawyers. Our case lasted just around two months from start to fimish. St Albans branch has a great team and some fantastic people... BIG THANKS to Jennie. Simon, James and the rest of the team for the great work with our case.
