from far the worst agency I dealt with. I had issue from the beginning to the end. When I arrived into the flat the gym had been closed from more than a year but the agency did not told us and when we left we struggled with the deposit and we had to ask dps for help

Maciej in particular is a top class agent. I first met him on a viewing when I was originally looking, and despite it being over a year till we connected again, he remembered meeting me. He pays attention. His relentless chasing, following up and free thinking approach to this purchase I will always think is the only reason why it happened. Also a shout out to the others in his team, everyone was excellent.

5 stars - I would like to thank Rabeya Khatun, for responding so quickly and actually trying to really help to solve issues that are in the apartment. She is absolutely brilliant! I hope she will continue helping me resolve ongoing issues in the apartment and I can enjoy living there. Apartment itself is great. I couldn’t leave 5 stars, as my experience with the actual agents that rented the property, who promised lots of things, but when I moved in I found the property without basic checks done, mould all over bathrooms and lots of issues, that could have been resolved before I moved in. I would have expected they communicated with property manager about apartment situation. It was really stressful on the move day two hours before I have to move with my belongings, to come to the apartment that had lots of issues, and it being Saturday I could not even get through to anyone.PositiveProfessionalism

I cannot recommend highly enough any other estate agency. My husband and I bought a freehold property with them a couple of months ago. Our contact was Kirstin Airs, and she helped us through the purchasing process. I have made an enquiry about the property and got back by email and a phone call. On the phone call I’ve provided all the information, arranged the house viewing for Thursday and was told I will receive the confirmation email. After not receiving the confirmation email I call the number provided 2 hours before the viewing and they tell me there is no viewing for this house under my name. The lady on the phone was not pleasant and slightly rude, had to ask her to be nicer. Afterwards she said that the tenants were working from home today and the viewing had to be cancelled, so no one let me know about it until I called them. Terrible experience at the early stages, would not want to rent or buy with this company and I don’t recommend for anyone.

Alex Neil is the property managers for the flat i have been renting for few years. The flat needed some renovation works this year. Kyra and Sufaida were very helpful during the process. Despite the fact that they were let down by the unreliable third party contractors, they were prompt addressing the issues. They listened what i had to say, very understanding, they always respond the emails and follow up with calls. Very professional and friendly team.

3 stars to the estate agent in relation to viewing the property, since I was advised some inconsistent information and there was a lack of advanced move in requirements for the development. Some tenancy processes are also a duplicate action and repetitive when going through all the tenancy and credit checks. 5-stars goes to the property management team, who are super supportive, professional and friendly. In particular, Kyra and Rabeya, Head of Property Management, are so helpful and act on tenancy issues timely, with consideration and care.
