Just to add super unhelpful. The rental management that we used after was awful. We eventually exchanged numbers with tenants because the intermediary person just “passed the note on” and did absolutely nothing. Let me give you some examples: - We had to spend hours explain to the tenants how to establish water, utility payment etc. Alex Neil was paid to do this but shirked off responsibility to us. - We found the engineer and agreed to pay for the wash machine repair and just asked the Alex Neil person to book the appointment. We were told to do it ourselves and talk to the tenants to book it. So what are we paying for again? - The list goes on for the last whole year with building heating checks, pipe leak checks, mending work …etc - Then we were NOT informed that Alex Neil will terminate rental business at all. We had to ask and find out so we have to last min find Dexter to take over. Lucky Dexter was very quick, otherwise we would have lost weeks of rental income.

Brilliant experience with Alex Neil - everyone who worked with us on our flat sale was kind, honest, and dedicated. Tom and Callie were excellent to work with initially and ensured we had the right buyers viewing the property in a tough market, and Georgia was relentless in getting the sale over the line while somehow maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour (even when I was really stressed - sorry!). She was absolutely wonderful to work with and has definitely kept me sane. I've already been recommending Alex Neil to everyone I know who is thinking of selling - I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Compared to other agents I've used in the past, these guys are the best - not just getting you a good price but also being nice people who don't have some sales spiel.

Alex Neil Canary Wharf were super. Georgia and Maciej were really great from the get go. They offered speculative advice some years ago on value and then when we needed to sell had notes on their file on our property and mobilised quickly. We could have gone with any of the global / national estate agents but wanted local, boutique advice. This is what we got. They had also sold a number of properties in our same development so we got confidence through that. They achieved a very positive sale price for us and were on it throughout the process. Due to the nature of the sale, and complexities with third parties we encountered a few stumbling blocks, Maciej was able to suggest problem solving routes having overseen transactions in our same development and advice which meant we could expedite getting answers and then overcoming steps that may have taken weeks to wait on. In short - I would recommend AN. They have a very joined up team and when one of them was off the other knew exactly where we were on the sale process. Thanks Georgia and Maciej.

This conveyance was fraught with difficulties and several changes of personnel in the buyer's solicitor resulting in a protracted period to completion. Georgia and colleagues really made a difference for us as they constantly monitored progress to keep the other parties on track. Georgia's judgement and timing (when to push and when to let things breathe) was impeccable and quietly authoritative. Georgia made a very frustrating process less waring keeping us informed, calm and positive - including when our frustration with the buyer's solicitor sometimes showed.
