I have just rented a property in Canary Wharf, after moving from Rotherhithe. I was very pleased with the service that i received from start to finish. After sending through an email enquiry i received a call from Lucy just 5 minuets later, booked in an appointment for the same day, and moved into the property a week later. I would be more than happy to recommend Alex Neil Canary Wharf to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you for all of your help

An amazing letting agency. We just rented a flat in the area. Mr Antoniou was our letting negotiator. He took us through all of the steps with professionalism and honesty. He has been extremely helpful and he dealt with any matters we had. Every time we needed something we called him and he dealt with it immediately.I would definitely recommend Alex Neil and Mr Antoniou.

I have been renting properties in London for the last 10 years, and do not often like to move as it is a very stressful process finding a new home. Lucy at Alex Neil in Canary Wharf, made this process very straightforword and eliminated a lot of my stresses. We viewed numerous properties together and found something just right. Thanks

Thought I would just say that I have just sold my property in Canary Wharf through Greg and it only took 4 weeks, which apparently is very quick! He was great from start to finish and I'm very gratefull. So the least I could do was to write this review!!! Thanks to everyone in the Alex Neil Docklands office for all of your help.

We recently sold our property through the Canary Wharf branch. We chose them due to the honesty and sincerity provided from Tyler at our initial meeting, and that continued throughout the entire process, which even though turned out to be not as straight forward as we would have hoped, his constant contact, reassurance and hard work made it much easier than other sales we have had without such difficulties.

After relocating to London from New York I had to find a new property to rent, in a new country. Daunting task. I sent hundred of request through property sites to god knows how many estate agencies, and shortly received and email from Lucy at Alex Neil. After landing in London I had a viewing on the same day, made my holding deposit and moved in to the flat the following weekend. Lucy was very helpful explaining the lettings process and guiding me through referencing and helped me to find a lovely little flat in a lovely area right next to a beautiful park. I am happily settled in now, and would totally recommend any newbies to the rental market to get in touch with these guys! Thank you so much!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, this was my first rental property so I had lots of questions, I found that I could call Ross at any time and he would help me with my query. Would definitely use Alex Neil again, can't fault them or thank Ross enough for his help. Racheal Sugden
