Where to start! Ravina, Kerry and Mak were all exceptional at selling our house. In this current climate things won’t necessarily go to plan - you want an estate agent who can adapt, problem solve and have plan B and C when things don’t go as expected - which is exactly what they did. The service is very personal - we didn’t feel like just another house sale to them which we felt with other agents. They gave 100%. Customer service, expertise and professionalism were exceptional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I don’t normally leave reviews for agents but I felt the need to in this instance. As a mortgage broker, ex estate agent and ex countrywide employee I come across ALOT of estate agents. I deal with a lot of agents in Bromley as that is where I was based. However it’s not often I come across an agent as brilliant as ravina fermah. We were working together in a chain. I completed the mortgage for the buyers for one of her vendors. I have never come across ravina before. However I just want to say if you are looking for an agent in Bromley ravina from Alan de maid is the one to contact ( and I deal with a lot of Bromley agents) she was cooperative, helpful, friendly but most importantly she worked extremely hard to make sure we got her vendors property over the line. She was so helpful in working with the vendor to get what we needed for a very difficult lender for the buyers mortgage. And I can’t thank her enough for making a very difficult application as stress free as possible by being so helpful. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves and as an independent broker if I have any clients looking to sell in Bromley I will 100% be recommending her. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I feel I had good communication from my estate agent (Ravina F) managing my sale and that they helped progress it. Due to the slowness of solicitors, the communication was paramount in my confidence that the sale was progressing. The estate agent really put me at ease by explaining technical and legal jargon in layman's terms as well as advising on matters in my best interest where they were able to. Alan de maid price was was more reasonable than others with some charging double, I definitely feel they were good value for money and would recommend to others. Typically I try and stay away from Estate Agencies as pretty much all of my experiences have been very bad and frustrating due to lack of knowledge of the property, experience in the field, maturity or just pure incompetency when it comes to making the process smooth BUT after dealing with Bee Cemal who is the Senior Lettings Negotiator at this business. I can safely say my hope has been restored. She went above and beyond and ensure we had a chance to view our ideal property, was clear. polite and professional. She was clearly looking out for our best interest which is what its all about! Brilliant asset to have in the business and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple, slick and fair process when it comes to finding your new home. Keep it up!

Purchased a property through Alan de Maid. On the day of completion, I told Ravina the time my family and I would be at the property. We waited with our 6 month old baby for half an hour. Then to be told via email “I have left your keys with my collegue in branch as I am out on appointment”. The colleague would not come out as it was not “protocol” and she said that there was no one else available. Thankfully, a neighbour dropped me to Alan de Maid to get the key. Not only were there plenty of staff. But Ravina was there and was now telling me that they did not have the key. Worse still, she accused my surveyor of having it. Once that was disproved. She then blamed the seller and said if I needed a locksmith I can then make a claim against them via my solicitor. Not a great start, suing someone who would also become your neighbour. Ravina then went looking in the back office and returned with the key, without apology. Now, all of a sudden she wanted to come to the property, against their own “protocol”. All this time and embarrassment could have been avoided with better communication.
