We met Lisa when on a house search during lock down. We were super impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile to find us a new home, so when it came to selling our place a coupke of years later, we thought she would be the perfect person for the job! As is often the case - the buying/ selling process had its bumps along the way. But Lisa was always on hand to try and help smooth things out. She was able to think outside the box, come up with helpful solutions and was always there at the end of the phone when we needed support or advice. We couldn't have asked any more from Lisa and we're really appreciative for all the hard work she put in, and this has all lead to us landing our dream home by the coast. A huge thank you to the whole team at Alan de Maid Beckenham for their unwavering help and support throughout the very stressful & painful five month period it took to complete the process of selling my property and purchasing a new one. Clear communication, responsiveness, transparency are my key expectations from an estate agent and Ross, Gina and Lisa exceeded them all! Lisa was absolutely relentless in her pursuit of answers from conveyancers and did not leave any stone unturned, jumping on their queries almost instantly, liaising with all the parties in the chain, and thinking outside the box on how to resolve these as quickly as possible. In the final weeks, I thoroughly relied on her regular updates, reassurances and honesty to keep my faith in the process.
