I recently helped a friend who was 79 to buy and sell through Alan de Maid. They were extremely patient and conducted all viewings on his property with professionalism and empathy for my friend's feelings who found the experience quite distressing. He was reassured and helped along the way as the sale and purchase were not at all straight forward. James, Rebecca and the team were great. What a fabulous service we received when selling my elderly parents bungalow in Orpington. They were very mindful that relocating my elderly parents to Suffolk was stressful for them. They were incredibly kind, caring and never pushy. Their communication was excellent and their photos of the property were very professional.
