GoogleWe are first time buyers and they have been with us all through the way, James has been amazing, very responsive and always making sure everything is being followed through. They were very patient as we had a lot of questions being first-time buyers. I also recommend getting in touch with their mortgage advisor, Spencer, who helped us continuously in this journey. GoogleVery professional service. Great team of experienced agents. Was impressed with my initial meeting with Lisa and then we had Hannah and James managing the sale of the property. We always had prompt feedback after each viewing. Hannah then took the lead once the sale was agreed and was always on hand to help or answer queries when needed.

GoogleIncapable of managing their properties. Caused disruption, damage, and nuisance. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Edit : I had hoped there would be some form of communication or repair work done so that I could alter my review. Unfortunately, Alan De Maid Bromley Branch has a lack of adequate maintenance and a poor housing society system. Myself, my landlord and letting agent have repeatedly emailed and called to sort out a reoccuring leak and a broken window. Their tenant angrily smashed glass out of the top floor window onto the neighbours roof below. This is a safety concern, which has been ignored. Also, allowing tenants to be messy and dirty in the front of the property, not caring for bin area attracting pests, attracts antisocial behaviour such as drug takers stopping by the rubbish to take their drugs. (DISGUSTING!) Also, this has been luring rubbish tippers of the public who pass by and decide to chuck their rubbish on top. So far, I stand by my review as Alan De Maid seems incapable of properly screening potential tenants and maintaining good quality standards. Should this be resolved, then I will update this review and trustpilot.

GoogleFrom the very beginning, Alan de Maid in Bromley have been amazing on our journey to find a flat to rent. Ndidi was in contact promptly to arrange a viewing for a flat we liked the look of. Within 8 hours of submitting a form to view, I was on an online viewing with Ndidi talking me through the flat. We were then booked in for the same week to view in person. The estate agent - Bee - who showed us around was very professional, answered our questions and was open and honest about how the process would work. We submitted the application and we’re thankfully successful. Since then, Alan de Maid have kept us informed with any updates and have been incredibly prompt in responding to messages. They’re a brilliant team and we feel lucky to rent through them.

GoogleI recently bought a property through ADM Orpington. I have always hated estate agents, but James at ADM was really fantastic throughout the process and has changed my mind. He was always on top of all the comms when everyone else wasn't, and really held the chain together in the face of many issues. I'm very grateful to him for his help in getting us over the line and into our new family home. I certainly recommend ADM.

GoogleWe have been happy with the service received from ADM and have been in contact with Rebecca who has been very helpful in keeping us updated. Other than the initial hiccup where we were not aware of the service charge that was attached to the freehold before we put in our offer and mortgage application, the rest of the process was very well handled by ADM. Our purchase was not an easy one, and took 7 months with lots of legal issues associated with the service charge and nature of the sale. However ADM and Rebecca have kept us informed throughout the process and chased both the seller and our solicitors to push through the sale. There were multiple times where we thought the sell would fall through. We received more update and advice from ADM than from our solicitors!! Would recommend Rebecca and ADM to other potential buyers. 4.5/5.
