Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. We had an excellent experience selling with Alan De Maid Bromley. Sadly the sale itself became complex when our original buyers dropped out at the very last minute, which was incredibly stressful, but Annie was really supportive and helped us to re-list and find new buyers within a week whilst keeping our onward purchase moving. Everyone in the office was excellent at communicating with us and were always at the end of the phone when we had a query. Ryan took over our case once we moved on to our second set of sellers and was equally brilliant and committed to getting our sale through quickly after the drama we'd had. Second time round we managed to wrap everything up in 6 weeks and move on to the house we'd been hoping to buy. I can't recommend their services highly enough.

This is the second time using ADM and continue to receive great service from them as an estate agent. Maria was our main POC and she delivered exceptional service with timely updates, a balanced view on both sides of the buyer/seller relationship and in general kept us up in the loop with everything going on. Another positive call out is to Annie who showed a number of viewers round our property and was very personable when talking with her about any updates. She turned up early to our property to make sure she had a look round and understand the house before the potential buyers turned up which came across as very professional.

absolutely shocking company, A Woman showed up, half dressed in a short tight dress, to give the keys for a flat back in 2022 summer time, extremely unprofessional. Oliver is extremely rude on phone calls brushing off client and does not have a care in the world to follow up after promising to do so. They will do whatever it takes for the business of their Landlords that are with them, rather than helping the tenants. Disgraceful company and shocking service.

Where do I begin with experience myself and my husband had with Alan De Maid? Firstly they were not open with the fact the property we we about to purchase had subsidence problems, we found this out through our solicitors. When I enquired about this with our estate agent, Robin he told us that he had not known about this issue but Munsoor, the Senior Branch Manager did know. I find this hard to believe that Robin didn't know. Secondly they took advantage of the fact that we were first time buyers and used threatening tactics, such as saying we were going to lose the sale and that the buyers are going to pull out, when we were negotiating the exchange of contracts and a move in date. Something that is completely ridiculous to say. Overall they were unnecessarily pushy. I know that estate agents are always going to be on the side of the vendor however the complete disregard for us made the experience even more stressful then it needed to be. When Robin was on annual leave and Maria was dealing with our enquiries it was smoother as her advice came from experience and was understanding of our position- but alas it was only working with us for a week. I would recommend not using Alan De Maid.

From the very beginning, Alan de Maid in Bromley have been amazing on our journey to find a flat to rent. Ndidi was in contact promptly to arrange a viewing for a flat we liked the look of. Within 8 hours of submitting a form to view, I was on an online viewing with Ndidi talking me through the flat. We were then booked in for the same week to view in person. The estate agent - Bee - who showed us around was very professional, answered our questions and was open and honest about how the process would work.
