GoogleFrom the very first contact, Alan de Maid in Orpington have been absolutely wonderful. Dario visited quickly, offered really helpful advice in how to present the property and quickly responded with a clear and accurate brochure. Responses from the open day were received quickly and an offer soon followed. During the conveyancing process, the Diane and James and Rebecca have kept us posted with progress, and have liaised efficiently with all solicitors in the chain. I really can’t praise them highly enough, good, old fashioned, honest and professional customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan de Maid in Orpington to anyone, and will use them again in the future

GoogleSeriously debating cancelling ADM, contrary to other reviews, the sale of our house has been consistently frustrating due to the lack of feedback, constantly chasing them for updates and lack of professionalism regarding even the basic levels of courtesy.

GoogleFranck and Patricia helped us to complete the sale of our house. They managed to find as a good buyer and negotiated a fair price for our house. The process was a stressful experience due to the house we were trying to buy, the COVID stamp duty holiday, and my expiring mortgage offer, but in fairness, Franck always returned my calls and did as much as was humanly possible to get the sale and purchase over the line, working with the vendors agent and despite the vendors changing position, they stuck with it and got the sale complete.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFrom the start of our house buying journey to the end, the process with Alan De Maid was very smooth and professional. Franck was always very prompt with responses, would chase for any information requested and would call back straight away if he was already on a call or at another viewing for any questions that needed answering. He also knew a lot about every property he showed us and in a lot more detail than other estate agents. You could also tell that he was very passionate and hardworking about his work. Some of the other houses we've seen with other estate agents, in the same area, have been of a shocking quality. Not to mention always over priced.
