I agree with reviewer - A Frost. Not the experience I was expecting. From me personally, I’d say they were argumentative, defensive, insulting and abusive. They didn’t listen, lied (but as they didn’t listen, they’d probably put that down to “misunderstanding”) Their Delboy give us all your money attitude rubbed me the wrong way. I’ll never forget their comment “that’s how the market is. That was then, this is now, the market’s changed. I’ve seen 3 on that street go within days, we’ve already got 10 viewings booked, what even is your budget?” They don’t need me, clearly, from their attitude, but they should remember that WE don’t need them. Lettings: if you have a response, respond publicly. Tell everyone. Don’t bother telling me to get in touch. My money is elsewhere (and believe me, it’s above the asking price)

We had been looking for a house for a while, and ADM were the only agents who kept me us up to date with new instructions and would check in on us to see how our search was going. They also refrained from sending us random emails weekly with properties that did not match our requirements and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We ended up buying a house through them which was perfect and they were extremely helpful throughout the sale progress. Kerry and Theresa went the extra mile. By far the best agents in Bromley.
