As first time buyers my partner and I had a fair few anxieties about the ups and downs of purchasing a house. We sold our property in Bromley through the branch there and bought our new one through the Beckenham Branch. We were especially impressed by Lisa from Beckenham, who was very supportive through at times a challenging conveyancing process. She formed a good relationship with our solicitor and clearly had a good one with our vendors. However she needed to be relentless and was in chasing the vendors conveyancing solicitor!. Unless she was on a call with another client, she always made herself, even outised office hours, available to discuss progress and support us.
