I cannot thank Lisa enough for the help and assistance she provided. I called Alan De Maid out of pure desperation as the property they were marketing was at the top of the chain I was in (and my estate agent was not providing me with any details). Lisa did not have to talk to me but she listened to what I had to say and successfully co-ordinated the exchange of contracts within 24 hours of me contacting her, navigating the outstanding points on the contract and speaking to all solicitors in the chain (as well as the leaseholder) to get everything ready.
